Protein Smoothie – Banana and Blueberry [1.2k Calories]

A personal favourite of mine, can almost call it a family tradition.

Back in the day, I would see my uncle make various smoothies and protein shakes. He was pretty big on the gym, surfing and the active lifestyle in general and was very meticulous with his dieting.

This was only a good 15 or so years ago, but man am I glad how far we’ve come with studies into nutrition (fats rightfully aren’t the devil anymore) exercises and the supplement industry in general. Little side-note, but I remember having a sip of a protein shake made from powder all them years ago – man am I glad we’ve got protein powder down now.

Back to the recipe, you can of course adjust any ingredient for your needs and add or remove ingredients at your discretion.
